In July 2010, I was talking to a good friend of mine by the name of Tim Brownson. Tim hails from Great Britain but has lived in the Orlando, FL area now for 6 years. We were talking about diet and weight and he casually mentioned he was going to check out something called The Paleo Diet. I filed that away in my head and Googled it a few days later.
What I found has changed my life for the better. For example, I've lost 50 pounds in the last ten months.
